Information Technology and Data Management
The Records and Data Services group exists to support all those in Advancement who utilize the Advance database as their source of biographical information for any of the following groups of current and potential donors to the University of Arkansas:
- Alumni
- Students
- Parents
- Faculty/Staff
- Corporations
- Foundations
- Friends of the University of Arkansas
We work in conjunction with the Arkansas Alumni Association and share a common goal to maintain the most current biographical information possible in a consistent and user-friendly format.
To request a new entity, a change to an existing entity, or to report a duplicate record within the Advance database, send to records@uark.edu.
Records has recently merged with Information Technology to form the office of Information Technology and Data Management.
