Development Outreach

Terri Dover has nearly 40 years of experience at the University of Arkansas. She has held positions within University Advancement and previously served as the Director of Membership and Marketing for the Arkansas Alumni Association.

Sandy Edwards joined the University Advancement as Senior Advisor in 2023. From 2007 until 2020, she was the Deputy Director and Senior Director for Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art and served on the team that helped plan, build and open the museum in 2011. Prior to that, Sandy worked for nine years as part of the management team for the U of A’s development program that directed the Campaign for the Twenty-First Century which raised $1 billion helping elevate the university as a nationally competitive, student-focused research university.

Katy Nelson-Ginder has over 30 years of experience in higher education and has been with the U of A since 2007. She is an Arkansas native and a graduate of the University of Arkansas, holding bachelor’s and master’s degrees in communications. As the U of A’s Associate Vice Chancellor for Development, Katy helped lead the capital campaign, Campaign Arkansas, which raised $1.45 billion to support the university’s academic mission and other key university priorities.

Erin Rongers has been at the U of A since 2018 and most recently served as the Director of Development for the Sam M. Walton College of Business. She holds a bachelor’s degree in communication from the University of Texas at Austin and a master’s degree in education from the University of Arkansas.

Victor Wilson joined the U of A development team as the Senior Director of Priority Initiatives and Development. He is originally from Osceola, Arkansas, and is a U of A graduate. Victor holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and is a graduate of the Sam M. Walton College of Business. He has served on the Campaign Arkansas Steering Committee, the Diversity Campaign Committee and the Arkansas Business Hall of Fame Selection Committee.

Mica Strother joined University Advancement  in 2024 after nearly 8 years at the Razorback Foundation in Little Rock, where she served as Senior Associate Director and Senior Director of Development. She is a native of Mountain Home, Arkansas, and holds a bachelor's degree in history from Ouachita Baptist University and a juris doctor from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law.

Becca Bradley is a U of A alumna and holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science and Master of Education in higher education. She began her role for the Fulbright College of Arts and Sciences in June 2024. Becca has significant experience in philanthropic fundraising, most recently as the Senior Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.

Autumn Spicher has more than a decade of experience in development and external relations across the higher education, non-profit and government sectors. She earned bachelor's degrees in political science and economics and a master’s degree in public administration from the U of A and is a proud first-generation college graduate. Autumn began her role with Fulbright College in June 2024.

Olivia Graham is an Arkansas native and a Southern Arkansas University alumna. She holds a bachelor’s degree in sports management and a master’s degree in higher, adult and lifelong learning. Olivia joined the Fulbright College development team in 2024 after serving as the Assistant Director of Development at Southern Arkansas University for over three years.

Erin Feller has been with the School of Law since 2018, serving as Associate Director of Development and in her current role as Director of Development. She has over 20 years of experience in development across higher education. Erin holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in business administration in finance from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma.

Susie Nicholson joined the School of Law development team most recently from Sells Agency, where she worked as the Director of Strategic Services. Prior to that, she served as the Vice President of University Relations and Student Services at Arkansas Tech University. Susie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Arkansas and Master of Science in Student Affairs Administration from Arkansas Tech University.

Anna Colley has been with the School of Law since 2021. She is a native of Bentonville, Arkansas. Anna has an associate’s degree in theatre from Cottey College and a bachelor’s degree in theatre from the University of Arkansas.

Bill Lansden has over 28 years of experience in development and external relations and joined University Advancement in 2020. Prior to that, he served as the Senior Associate Athletic Director of Development at Virginia Tech. Bill holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Rhodes College and a master’s degree in sports administration from Georgia State University.

Marla Sheely began her time at the U of A in January 2023. She joined University Advancement after nearly a decade as a Special Education Paraprofessional at McNair Middle School in Fayetteville. Marla holds a bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Texas at Austin.

Tory Gaddy, a University of Arkansas alumna with a Bachelor of Arts in English from the Fulbright College of Arts and Sciences, joined the university in 2012. Over the years, she has held various roles in development and has served in her current position since July 2022. She is a member of the Women’s Giving Circle and the Arkansas Alumni Association.

Tracee Norris brings nearly 20 years of experience in university development, most recently serving as Associate Director of Development for the University of North Carolina at Asheville. Prior to that, she was the Associate Director of Development for the College of Education at the University of South Florida. Tracee holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a master’s degree from Southern Illinois University Carbondale. 

Lauren Selby is a U of A alumna and has been with University Advancement and the College of Education and Health Professions since 2022. She has a Bachelor of Science and Master of Education in sports management.

Dan Miller began his role at the U of A in 2023. Before that, he spent eight years as the Senior Regional Resource Development Director for The Salvation Army of Arkansas/Oklahoma where he achieved top fundraising rankings withing their major giving program. Dan holds a degree in parks and resource management from Slippery Rock University.

Kandi Buck came to the U of A in 2021 as a Marketing Coordinator. She has served in her current role since December 2023. Kandi has a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado.

Missy Darwin Kincaid brings over 23 years of fundraising and leadership experience to the university. She recently served as the first Northwest Arkansas Development Director for Arkansas Advocates for Children and Families. Prior to that, Missy was the Vice President of Development and the Director of Donor Engagement for the Walton Arts Center. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Fulbright College of Arts and Sciences. Kincaid is a member of the Chancellor’s Society, Thoroughreds giving society, Women’s Giving Circle and the Arkansas Alumni Association.

Jessica Hampton is a U of A alumna and holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and government and a master’s degree in public administration. She joined the U of A staff in 2022 after completing an internship at Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art.

Mary Purvis is a Little Rock native and has been with the U of A since 2012. She has been in her current role since 2014, and with Dean Peter MacKeith, has raised over $62 million for the Fay Jones School of Architecture and Design. Mary holds a bachelor's degree in journalism and a master's degree in journalism and political science from the University of Arkansas. In 2019, she was selected by the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal as an honoree for the 2019 Women in Business awards.

Marlo Priest joined University Advancement in July 2024 from the Mount Sequoyah Center where she served as Director of Guest Services for seven years. Prior to that, Marlo worked at Experience Fayetteville and Dodds Athletic Tours. She is a graduate of the University of Arkansas with a bachelor's degree from Bumpers College. She is also a Certified Meeting Professional.

Makenzie Carlon joined University Advancement in October of 2022. Makenzie holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Henderson State University.

Mathilda Hatfield began her role at the U of A in 2022 after 15 years at the University of Central Arkansas, where she most recently served as the Director of Alumni Engagement. Mathilda holds a bachelor's degree in fine arts from the University of Central Arkansas and a master's degree in educational counseling and psychology from the University of Louisville.

Mark Power has been with the U of A for over 23 years, serving in a variety of roles throughout University Advancement. He began his role with Walton College in July 2024 after helping launch the National Office of Advancement. Mark holds a bachelor's degree in history from the University of Texas at Arlington.
